The journey is liberating, but also messy. It will ask you to face the things you’ve spent your life running from. It will ask you to lean into the feelings you’ve tried your best to avoid and numb. It will ask you to believe in the possibility of a better life for yourself. It will ask you to restore your faith in something more.

My job as your coach is to support you through what can be one of the most rewarding, challenging and emotional journeys you can embark on in your life. I act as your blind spot, an outside source that can see and bring awareness to vital parts of the puzzle you might miss. I don't sugar-coat the truth, as my intention is always to present what's REAL, not what's comfortable. However, I will always meet you with compassion and unconditional love. 

My promise to you as a coach is that I will be there through it all, to facilitate your personal transformation and assist you to rediscover and reclaim your own power. I will provide you with the proper knowledge, tools & techniques to become the master of your own emotions, self and life.

So HOW does this coaching thing work? 

My 10 Week Program is one of the most potent and transformational services I offer. You will not only completely change your mindset and view of yourself, but your entire life (and every aspect of) will begin to positively change around you. In these sessions, I incorporate a mixture of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Life Coaching. These sessions run for between 60-90 minutes and are packed full of everything you need to move forward. You will always receive follow-up tasks to continue your progress outside of our sessions, which may include personalised meditations, recordings and journal prompts.

Prior to Yasmin I was constantly feeling anxious day in and day out with uncertainty in myself and negative self talk. After the first session I noticed an instant relief being able to be more present in the moment and less in my head. I would over think simple interactions which would cause me to be a bystander instead of engaging. This was one of the first things I noticed I was able to conquer from seeing Yasmin. Along with this I have a new found confidence in myself and the goals I have set myself going forward.
